With over 25 years as a pizza restaurant owner and manager, Brad lived the daily challenges that most POS vendors only read about. Frustrated by systems that were either overpriced or hard to use, he began building his own in 2000 — designed on the restaurant floor, not in a boardroom. A chance meeting with fellow Linux enthusiasts led to the decision to build on Slackware Linux, a choice that became the rock-solid foundation Ultrux runs on today.

A lifelong hardware specialist with deep experience in networking, system builds, and IT infrastructure, Seth drives the physical side of every Ultrux deployment. From touchscreen integration and remote management to tablet support and portable event systems, he ensures that every piece of hardware works seamlessly with the software — no matter the environment.

Colin leads all web development initiatives at Ultrux, from API design and third-party integrations to online ordering platforms and pay-at-the-table mobile technologies. With deep expertise in Linux systems and modern web stacks, he bridges the gap between Ultrux's rock-solid POS core and the connected, mobile-first experiences today's restaurants demand.
